Bronze with light brown patina.
Monogram, date, and workshop number “724” inscribed in the bottom of the bronze. Unique piece. 32 cm (12.5 in).

Private collection, Hesse (acquired from the above in 1998, family-owned ever since).

LITERATURE: Josephine Gabler, Birk Ohnesorge, Der Bildhauer Michael Croissant (1928-2002). With a catalogue raisonné of the sculptures, Berlin 2003, CR no. 1350 (illustrated).

In good condition. The patina shows small signs of moisture in places. Partially corroded.
