In good condition. The right and bottom edges of the sheet are each slightly torn in an irregular manner. Minimal mount staining and with a faint trace of sunning. A very tiny tear in the paper along the upper left edge of the sheet. A tiny ink stain on the reverse side at the bottom, visible on the front.
