• Painting his emotions off his chest: Kluge is a master of psychologically charged figuration.
• Kluge’s series “Contact Between Two Populations” symbolizes the existential themes of attraction and distance, of separation and connection.
• In 2012, the Wilhelm-Hack-Museum in Ludwigshafen presented the major retrospective “Gustav Kluge. Egocinema”
