• Using a multitude of diagonal, intersecting lines in a single hue, Dorazio creates a fascinating, complex, and vibrant structure.
• Dorazio participates in documenta II and III.
• In 1965, Dorazio is featured alongside Morris Louis, Kenneth Noland, Bridget Riley, Frank Stella, and others in the legendary exhibition “The Responsive Eye” at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
PROVENANCE: Private collection, Frankfurt am Main (family-owned ever since).
In good condition. Barely noticeable mount staining. Tiny holes in the edges, probably caused in the studio. A few minor creases and fold marks in places.
