• The artist is one of the most important European artists of his generation.
• His paintings can be found in the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Centre Pompidou, Paris, and the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, among others.
PROVENANCE: Private collection, Frankfurt am Main (family-owned ever since).
In good condition. The sheet is slightly wavy due to the manufacturing process. There are a few small handling marks and studio marks on the right-hand white margin.
