• A portrait of Walter Gramatté's beloved wife Sonia, notable for its strong color composition—her recurring portraits hold a significant place in the oeuvre of the artist, who died prematurely.
• In 2021, the Hamburger Kunsthalle will present a major retrospective of the long-forgotten representative of magical realism.
