With the embossed artist monogram "SR", as well as signed and numbered by the printer. With the copyright stamp of the "Karl und Emy Schmidt-Rottluff-Stiftung" on the reverse. From an edition of 50 copies. On strong wove paper. 54 x 40.5 cm (21.2 x 15.9 in). Sheet: 68 x 49,8 cm (26,7 x 19,6 in).

The limited edition of this woodcut from 2013 was printed from the artist's original woodblock (Möller 11) by the art printing company “Clemens Büntig Editionen” and published by “Ernst Rathenau Kunsthandel und Verlag.” [AW].

PROVENANCE: Private collection, northern Germany.

LITERATURE: Rosa Schapire, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff. Graphisches Werk bis 1923, Berlin 1924, CR no. H25.
