Signed, dated and titled "slange betvinger" (Engl. snake charmer) as well as barely legibly inscribed. One of at least 6 copies. On firm Van Gelder Zonen wove paper (with the watermark). 60.3 x 47 cm (23.7 x 18.5 in). Sheet: 64,7 x 50,5 cm (25,2 x 20,1 in).

• Rolf Nesch is considered one of Norway's most important artists.
• Nesch participated in documenta 1, II, and III (1955, 1959, 1964) in Kassel.
• Other copies can be found at, among other places, the Art Institute of Chicago and the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra.
• The Kunstmuseum Stuttgart dedicates an exhibition to Nesch's prints and relief works from November 2025.

In good condition. Slightly sunned and minimally browned. With a few minimal squeeze marks. A slight crease mark in the upper right corner.
