Signed. Monogrammed in the plate. From an edition of 200 copies on this kind of paper. On firm wove paper. 23.7 x 19.7 cm (9.3 x 7.7 in). Sheet: 30 x 26,7 cm (11,8 x 10,5 in).
Sheet 12 from the acclaimed series "Kandinsky. Kleine Welten" with a total of 12 sheets. Published by Propyläen Verlag, Berlin. [AW].

PROVENANCE: Galerie Margret Heuser, Düsseldorf.
Corporate Collection Ahlers AG, Herford (acquired from the above in 2006).

LITERATURE: Hans Konrad Roethel, Wassily Kandinsky. Das graphische Werk, Cologne 1970, catalogue raisonné number 175.

In good condition. A few isolated tiny brown spots. Some faint crease marks in the sheet margins. The upper edges of the sheet are partly scuffed, with a tiny loss of paper (4 mm) on the right-hand edge.
