Lower right monogrammed. On firm brownish paper. 42.5 x 59 cm (16.7 x 23.2 in), size of sheet.
With a multi figure sketch on the reverse.
• The drawing largely corresponds with the painting "Vier Männer Am Tisch" oil/canvas. 1926 (Koninklijk Museum vorr Schone Kunsten Antwerp. Van Ham 704)

Overall impression consistent of the age. With minimal isolated handling marks and slight kinks in corners. Unevenly discolored, with mount staining. With a small split in the right margin, with three skillfully rebacked splits in the upper margin. Small isolated stains. Drawing with a strong line.
