Ebner/Gabelmann 996 H (b of c). Dube H 421 a (of b). Signed and dated as well as inscribed "26. Jahresblatt" and with the femal gender symbol. Dated "1957" in the printing block. On firm wove paper. 19.1 x 13.7 cm (7.5 x 5.3 in). Sheet: 21,7 x 16,3 cm (8,5 x 6,4 in).
The artist made the early "Jahresblätter" (annual sheets) after his memory in an edition of ca. 60 copies, later 90-100 copies were printed. [AR].
• As of 1930, the artist sent his so-called annual sheets to friends and family as New Year greetings (except for 1941).
• The Altonaer Museum in Hamburg is in possession of an almost complete series of these small-size prints
