Monogrammed and dated in the lower left. On wove paper. 21.3 x 33.3 cm (8.3 x 13.1 in), the full sheet.
Included: preparatory study in pencil on wove paper. Monogrammed and titled in the lower left. [MH].

In good condition. Overall browned. The upper edge of the sheet is slightly irregular along the tear line. There is a small tear (approx. 8 mm) on the right edge of the sheet.
The accompanying preliminary study is in good condition. Slightly bleached in the passe-partout cutout. The left edge of the sheet is irregular due to studio conditions, with paper loss and small tears.
