Signed and dated in the lower left corner. Signed and dated again on the reverse, as well as titled “Stillleben m. Rumänischem Bauernkrug” (Still Life with Romanian Farmhouse Jug). 50 x 64 cm (19.6 x 25.1 in).
Verso with a discarded still life by the artist, signed and dated “Jüchser 64.” [AR]
Full proceeds will go to the Pohlen-Bautz-Holzherr Foundation.

PROVENANCE: Collection of Prof. Dr. Manfred Pohlen and Dr. Margarethe Bautz-Holzherr, Marburg.

In good condition. Traces of the frame visible in places along the edges of the image. Isolated, small, light-colored fibrous deposits, only visible when viewed up close. Small loss of color with a small indentation/chip on the lower left of the jug. The condition report was prepared to the best of our knowledge and belief in daylight and with the aid of a UV light source.
