Series of three sheets Lithographs for the stage design of the opera Leonore from Luwig van Beethoven.
Each signed, titled and inscribed "e/a". Artist proof aside from the edition. On firm wove paper. Up to 29.5 x 19 cm (11.6 x 7.4 in). Sheet: 32,5 x 23,4 cm ( x 9,2 in).
Printed and published by Erker Presse, St.Gallen (each wit blindstamp).

In 1973 GŁnter Uecker executed a stage design for the first time. In cooperation with the director Nikolaus Lehnhoff and the writer Hans Magnus Enzenberger he made the production of Fidelio (premiered in 1974) in Bremen. The original version of Fidelio was titled "Leonore".
