Monogrammed and dated on the reverse as well as inscribed with information on the work and the number. Signed and dated on the folded canvas. 101.5 x 101.5 cm (39.9 x 39.9 in).
• Donald Baechler is considered a second generation pop artist.
• His collage-like works move between playful naivety and ambiguous symbolism.
• From the group of flower depictions, probably the artist's best-known motif.
• Other works are in international museums like the Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Center George Pompidou in Paris and the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam
