Ebner/Gabelmann 1074 L II (of II). Dube L 395 II (of II). Signed and dated and with the dedictaion "Gute Wünsche u. Grüsse". Dated "68" in the plate. On wove paper. 16.7 x 13.9 cm (6.5 x 5.4 in). Sheet: 23,7 x 17,1 cm (9,3 x 6,7 in).
Published as annual sheet 37 II, 1967. In 1930 Heckel began to send a small graphic work, ususally a woodcut, with a symbolic message to his friends as a New Year greeting. Until 1968 he made some 38 "Jahresblätter". [CH/AM].
• Annual sheet with best wishes to friends, acquaintances and collectors for the following year 1968.
• Other copies of the lithograph are in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Kupferstichkabinett of the State Art Collections Dresden
